Service Contracts extend the coverage of your included 1-year limited warranty. For details about the iCleanse warranty click here. Service Contracts are not available for the iCleanse Swift 5x. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please retain the packaging, additional charges may be incurred if replacement packaging is required. Extended warranty coverage covers one unit. For multiple units, multiple coverages are needed. Free lamp replacements must be requested within your Service Contract dates. No lamp replacements will be issued after the Service Contract is up. Service Contracts must be purchased within 90 days of receiving your unit(s).
